City Haul Supply - Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions
"Company" refers to City Haul Supply.
"Customer" refers to the individual, business, or entity placing an order with the Company.
"Goods" means any items or services supplied, transported, or arranged by the Company as part of an order.
2. Quotations and Pricing
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing.
Prices are subject to change without notice due to supplier cost changes or market conditions.
All prices are exclusive of VAT, shipping, and applicable charges unless explicitly stated.
3. Orders and Acceptance
Orders are only accepted upon written confirmation from the Company.
The Company reserves the right to refuse any order without obligation to provide a reason.
Cancellations or changes must be agreed upon in writing before dispatch or service commencement.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified on the invoice and must be followed in full.
Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate from the due date until payment is made.
The Company may withhold or suspend services if payment is overdue.
5. Ownership and Risk
Ownership of physical Goods remains with the Company until payment is received in full.
Risk passes to the Customer upon delivery or upon commencement of services.
The Customer is responsible for the care and protection of any delivered items.
6. Delivery and Services
Delivery and service dates are estimates unless guaranteed in writing.
The Company is not liable for delays caused by transport, third parties, or force majeure events.
If the Customer fails to accept delivery or service, storage or rescheduling fees may apply.
7. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds
Returns are accepted only with prior written approval.
Goods must be returned unused, in original condition, within 30 days of receipt.
A restocking fee may apply. Return shipping is the Customer's responsibility.
8. Warranty and Guarantees
City Haul Supply provides a 12-month parts-only warranty unless stated otherwise.
In cases of manufacturing defects, the Company will provide replacement parts.
This warranty excludes misuse, wear and tear, or accidental damage.
Liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of defective items.
9. Claims for Loss or Damage
Claims for damaged, missing, or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims must include a written description and photographic evidence, where possible.
The Company will investigate and offer a resolution.
10. Force Majeure
The Company is not responsible for delays or non-performance due to events beyond its control (e.g.
weather, strikes, supply disruptions).
11. Data Protection and Privacy
City Haul Supply processes Customer data in accordance with UK data protection laws.
Information is used for processing orders, account management, and marketing (with consent).
12. Intellectual Property
All branding, website content, images, and materials remain the intellectual property of City Haul Supply.
Reproduction or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
13. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the value of the order or service provided.
City Haul Supply is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profit or
downtime.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
15. Amendments
City Haul Supply reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use implies acceptance of the latest terms.
