2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.
The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
It must be returned in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Provide your order number, a description of the item(s), and the reason for return.
We will respond with instructions and the appropriate return address.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of goods.
5. Restocking Fees
A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to non-defective returns, depending on the condition and type of item returned.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

Items marked “final sale”
Used or damaged goods not due to fault on our part
8. Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your item is damaged or faulty:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide photos and a clear description of the issue.
